Vice President - Investment

The purpose of this role is to support the company’s investment strategy by identifying, evaluating, and securing opportunities for future real estate development and investment across the UAE.

What you’ll do?

• Identify and evaluate strategic land acquisition opportunities that align with the company’s long‑term development pipeline and investment objectives.
• Lead high‑level feasibility assessments to determine the commercial viability of potential development sitespapéis.
• Conduct macro‑level market research to understand trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics across UAE real estate markets.
• Assist in development of investment strategies and recommendations for senior leadership, supported by robust financial and development analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with key market stakeholders, including landowners, brokers, consultants, and government entities.ённых.
• Support the formulation of the company’s land acquisition roadmap and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
• Assess zoning, land use regulations, and masterplan frameworks to guide long‑term development positioning.
• Perform detailed financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario testing for prospective land acquisitions.
• Prepare comprehensive feasibility studies, investment memoranda, and presentations for internal committees and external partners.
• Coordinate due diligence activities, including technical, legal, financial, and market assessments.
• Manage transaction processes end‑to‑end, including negotiations, documentation review, and coordination with legal and finance teams.
• Conduct site visits, gather on‑ground intelligence, and validate assumptions related to land characteristics and development potential.
• Maintain updated databases of land opportunities, market benchmarks, and transaction records.
• Collaborate with internal teams (development, design, planning, finance) to validate development assumptions and ensure alignment on acquisition decisions.
• Support the preparation of board materials, reports, and periodic updates on acquisition activities and market insights.

Who you are?

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Investments or any relevant field
• Strong understanding of UAE real estate markets, regulatory frameworks, and development processes.
• Proven experience in feasibility studies, investment analysis, land use analysis, and financial modelling.
• Demonstrated track record in real estate transactions and due diligence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate investment, development analysis, or related roles within the UAE, preferably with consultants, other developers
