Real Estate Agent

You will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
• Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings
• Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
• Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation
• Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals

• Proven /sales experience in Dubai
• Fluent English (speaking and written abilities)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate (sales and/or leasing)
• Valid UAE driving license and own car
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and RERA/DLD processes
• RERA certification/broker card (or willingness to obtain immediately)
• UAE residency visa status or eligibility to obtain one
• Proficiency with basic CRM and productivity tools
• Existing client base or active listings
• Off-plan sales experience and developer relationships
