The Tenancy Renewal Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end tenancy renewal process. This includes preparing tenancy documentation, maintaining accurate client records, coordinating lease renewals, and ensuring full compliance with all legal and company requirements.

• Negotiate tenancy renewals between landlords and tenants
• Proactively contact clients to ensure notices are issued on time
• Prepare and manage lease contracts
• Register EJARI on behalf of clients
• Collect and verify all required client documentation
• Work closely with the Property Management and Leasing teams on both managed and non-managed leases
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Keep all parties informed throughout the renewal process
• Ensure all documentation is valid and accurately uploaded into the system
