We are a growing real estate company in Dubai looking for a motivated Listing Executive to bring fresh property listings from owners and landlords.
Responsibilities- Calling landlords and owners
- Collecting property details
- Securing verified listings for rent and sale
- Uploading listings on Bayut (support provided)
- We offer a performance-based compensation model:
- Fixed Salary: AED 500 per month
- Minimum Requirement:
Must secure at least 2 verified listings per day (approximately 50 listings per month) - Bonuses: AED 50 bonus for each listing above the monthly target; AED 300 bonus for every listing that successfully closes into a deal
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to call and convince landlords
- Basic knowledge of Dubai real estate (training provided)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Freshers and visit visa candidates are welcome
- Growth opportunity in a fast-expanding company
- Training on Bayut and Dubai market

Good communication, convincing ability, target-driven mindset, basic real estate understanding, English required (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic a plus), serious and disciplined attitude.
