Job Title:
Listing Coordinator, Owner Relations

Location: UAE

Role Overview

We are looking for a focused Listing Coordinator to specialize exclusively in owner relationships and property sourcing. This role is dedicated to expanding the company’s property inventory by engaging directly with property owners, building trust based relationships, and identifying new listing opportunities for the sales team.

This is a relationship driven position with a very clear function: generating quality property listings through professional communication with owners. The Listing Coordinator does not handle advertising, portals, paperwork, or transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain professional communication with property owners to introduce the company’s services and explore potential property listings. Build long term, trust based relationships that encourage owners to collaborate with the company. Identify and qualify new listing opportunities in the secondary market. Coordinate with the Listing Manager by transferring qualified properties for official onboarding and marketing. Maintain structured follow up with owners to nurture ongoing cooperation.

Consistently grow the company’s property stock through ethical and professional outreach.

What This Role Is Not

No paperwork handling.

This role is purely focused on owner communication and property sourcing.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Confident and comfortable communicating with property owners by phone.

Strong persuasion and relationship building skills.

Professional communication style and ability to represent the company brand.

Resilient, disciplined, and target oriented.

Real estate market experience is a must.

Experience in owner engagement, property sourcing, or relationship based sales is preferred.

Success in This Role Means

A consistent flow of qualified property listings introduced to the Listing Manager.

Strong owner relationships that lead to repeat cooperation.

Contribution to the company’s inventory growth and market presence.
