Role OverviewAs a Property Consultant (Off-Plan, Secondary & Investment Advisory) at HEAVEN., you will advise local and international clients across the full sales and investment lifecycle.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing client consultations and investor meetings
- Actively sourcing and engaging clients through structured calling and follow-ups
- Understanding client investment goals, budgets, and timelines
- Advising on off-plan launches and secondary market opportunities across leading developers
- Staying informed on new launches, payment plans, and market trends
- Managing listings, inventory, and project allocations via CRM
- Supporting clients through reservation, SPA execution, and deal closure
- Ensuring full compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
- Building long-term client and investor relationships
- Uncapped Commission Structure — Earn up to 70% commission
, with transparent, performance-based progression - Multiple Income Streams — consultants earn beyond property transactions through:
- Holiday home and short-term rental services
- Business setup and company formation services
- Visa and residency-related advisory (All supported by in-house teams and lead generation)
- Company-sponsored visa and medical insurance (as per eligibility)
- Access to CRM, listings management, and transaction systems
- Strong back-office, compliance, and conveyancing support
- In-house lead generation via HEAVEN.’s European and USA investor networks
- Access to qualified international buyers and repeat investors
- Structured onboarding covering Dubai real estate fundamentals and off-plan advisory
- Ongoing sales training led by HEAVEN.’s CEO, focused on real-world, high-performance strategies
- Defined career progression paths into senior consultant and leadership roles
- Prime Dubai office location near Palm Jumeirah
- Senior consultants benefit from a lean in-office structure, with only three mandatory office days per week
- Fluent in English and one additional language (Arabic, Turkish, German, Dutch, Greek, Spanish, Serbian, Romanian, French, Hungarian, or similar)
- Background in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Real estate experience preferred for senior roles but not mandatory to start
- Confident, professional, and client-focused
- Self-driven, performance-oriented, and ambitious
- Motivated to build a long-term, international real estate career
