Real Estate Manager - Restaurants

Overview

Food People have partnered with a market leading restaurant operator in their search for a Real Estate Manager to join their team based in Dubai. As the Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for real estate management and development within the business. The role will be required to work alongside both internal and external stakeholders including designers, landlords and brand owners.

The position will be required to achieve strategic growth objectives by driving development, communication, and execution of market development plans.

• Facilitate development of local market development plans in collaboration with brand owners.
• Hold a strong understanding of rentable spaces and revenue forecasts that contribute towards optimum unit economics and profitability.
• Implement and execute concept development processes for targeted locations.
• Establish and manage a continuous new site pipeline to achieve annual development goals.
• Conduct optimisation studies of existing markets.
• Develop, maintain, and utilise industry, business, and brokerage contacts in on-going support of development initiatives.
• Develop and generate high quality site acquisition leads.
• Negotiate lease contracts from start to finish, ensuring the most competitive rates.
• Review store layouts and distribute store opening schedule across the business.
• Recommend renewals, relocation, or closure of existing property portfolio.

• Proven track record in successful roll-out of marketing planning activities, trade area analysis and site selection standards.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills.
• Experience working in the GCC market.
