Property Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property transactions and investments, conducting property evaluations, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing property portfolios, negotiating sales deals, building long-term client relationships, and staying updated on real estate market trends in the region.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with the ability to provide professional property advice
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
• Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in market research and analysis to assess property values and trends
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Arabic) is an advantage
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent in the UAE.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
