Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with buying and investing in residential properties, generating leads, conducting property viewings, and supporting transactions from initial inquiry through to completion.

Prior sales experience is preferred, or candidates should demonstrate strong potential to become successful sales professionals. Real estate experience is an advantage but not required. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is willing to work hard, learn quickly, and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Full real estate training will be provided, supported by hands-on market experience and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Prior sales skills preferred and/or strong potential to succeed in a sales-driven role
  • Real estate experience is preferred but not required
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented
  • Willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and client-focused approach
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
