We are expanding and seeking experienced Off-Plan and Secondary Market Agents to join our boutique real estate brokerage - built for high-value transactions, discretion, and long-term client relationships. With over AED 200M closed in 2025
, we are selectively onboarding agents who are confident managing HNWI clients
, complex deals, and premium inventory across Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-6 months experience in Dubai real estate
• General understanding of the Dubai property market (off-plan & secondary)
• Proven deal closures are a strong advantage
• Strong sales background
  , ideally with High Net Worth Investors
• Confident communicator with a professional presence
• Willingness to be on camera for marketing and campaign shoots
• Self-driven, organized, and commercially minded
• Ability to operate with confidentiality, reliability, and efficiency
• Must be IN DUBAI to be considered

• Consult current ready investors on final purchases
• Manage buyer and investor portfolios
• Advise clients on off-plan and/or ready property opportunities
• Conduct viewings, negotiations, and closings
• Build long-term investor relationships
• Represent the brand with professionalism and discretion
