We are now expanding our elite sales force and inviting exceptional talent to join us as an Azizian, working at the forefront of ultra-luxury real estate and engaging with some of the world’s most influential investors.
Key Responsibilities- Sell Burj Azizi and Azizi’s luxury & ultra-luxury real estate portfolio to international clients
- Build, manage, and expand a high-value client base, with a strong focus on Russian- and German-speaking markets
- Conduct property presentations, private viewings, and VIP client meetings
- Advise clients on investment strategies, market insights, and premium project offerings
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales, documentation, and handover experience
- Represent Azizi Developments with the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and brand excellence
- Fluency in German
- Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience in luxury or ultra-luxury real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
- Existing network of high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients is a strong advantage
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing abilities
- Impeccable grooming and professional presence
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations is preferred
- Highly competitive commission structure
