Job description Job Overview:

Magus Real Estate is on the lookout for a dedicated Property Consultant to become a part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and prior experience in the real estate or sales domain.

Responsibilities
  • Actively pursue and manage sales leads, both self-generated and from the company.
  • Submit daily lead follow-up reports to the marketing manager.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge about the designated area and its clientele.
  • Forge robust partnerships with renowned property developers.
  • Guide clients to properties aligning with their requirements and offer investment insights.
  • Lead negotiations on offers and flexible payment options with prospective buyers.
  • Stay updated with Dubai’s residential property market regulations.
  • Team up with the marketing unit for events like open houses and promotional campaigns.
  • Uphold the esteemed standards of Magus and our partnered developers.

Prerequisites
