Leasing Team LeadThe Leasing Team Lead will lead Keyper’s leasing function, driving growth, efficiency, and exceptional client experience across all leasing operations. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to manage, motivate, and scale a high‑performing team.
The ideal candidate will also play a key role in promoting Keyper’s Rent Now, Pay Later (RNPL) solution and digital rent payment platform, building partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence within the leasing cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the leasing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize occupancy, revenue, and client experience.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to inform pricing, portfolio performance, and expansion plans.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of leasing professionals to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Foster a high‑performance culture centered on accountability, growth, and collaboration.
- Establish clear performance metrics and career development plans for the team.
- Oversee the full leasing process — from property onboarding and pricing strategy to tenant acquisition and renewals.
- Drive adoption of Keyper’s RNPL and digital payment solutions within the leasing function.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance leasing efficiency, occupancy rates, and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key partners in the real estate ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on growth initiatives.
- Analyze leasing performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategy and decision‑making.
- Establish team KPIs, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a performance‑driven culture.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other local real estate regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in leasing or real estate operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing leasing performance and driving business growth.
- Strong people management and coaching experience.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to adapt to and champion digital solutions (Prop Tech / Fin Tech exposure preferred).
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
