We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced International Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai
. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the most competitive and rewarding real estate markets in the world.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding service to meet and exceed clients' real estate needs.

Please note: We are specifically seeking candidates from the following nationalities:

European, Russian, American, British, and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects
  • Build and maintain relationships with international and local clients
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions
  • Attend roadshows and property exhibitions with leading developers
  • Close deals efficiently and professionally
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Multilingual candidates are a plus
