Blissful Homes Real Estate is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead brokerage sales performance, recruit and develop agents, and oversee core operational and compliance functions.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for a professional with proven Dubai brokerage experience who understands sales, people management, transactions, and regulatory requirements. The Sales Manager will actively close deals, manage the sales team, ensure compliance, and maintain operational discipline across the brokerage.
Developer‑side sales management experience is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities1) Sales Leadership and Revenue
- Lead and manage brokerage sales performance across secondary and off‑plan transactions
- Actively handle and close direct client deals
- Support agents on negotiations, deal structuring, and closing
- Ensure consistent pipeline movement and revenue generation
- Recruit real estate agents in line with company standards
- Onboard and train agents on sales processes, compliance, and market practices
- Conduct ongoing coaching to improve performance, conversion, and professionalism
- Monitor agent KPIs and maintain accountability
- Oversee day‑to‑day brokerage operations and internal coordination
- Ensure alignment between sales, administration, marketing, and compliance
- Maintain structured workflows and reporting
- Oversee and execute property transfer processes
- Manage and review Form F transactions, trustee coordination, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with DLD, RERA, Trakheesi, and Dubai REST regulations
- Maintain complete, accurate, and audit‑ready transaction files
- Oversee property listings across major portals
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, availability, permits, and listing data
- Maintain CRM discipline and reporting (experience with Goyzer is a plus)
- Work with marketing on a content‑driven sales approach, including agent visibility, market insights, and brand presence
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of Dubai real estate brokerage experience in a Sales Manager role
- Proven track record in managing and closing real estate transactions
- Developer‑side sales management experience is an advantage
- Hands‑on experience with transfer processes and transaction execution
- Experience hiring, training, and managing real estate agents
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations
- Confident, professional communicator with clients and internal teams
- Comfortable taking ownership and accountability
- Commission on direct and indirect deals
