We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading, tech-enabled buyer advisory and mortgage platform based in Dubai.
This business is redefining the home ownership experience across the UAE through transparency, expertise and a fully integrated, buyer-first journey.
Due to continued growth in Dubai, they are expanding their high-performing sales team and are seeking experienced Buyer’s Consultants.
As a Buyer’s Consultant, you will work exclusively with qualified, pre-approved buyers.
There is no seller-side activity, no listing sourcing and no cold calling.
You will receive 90+ warm, pre-qualified buyer leads per month, allowing you to focus on advising clients, negotiating the best deals, and closing transactions efficiently.
This role is ideal for secondary market agents who want to move away from traditional brokerage environments and focus purely on buyer representation, advisory, and deal execution without the pressure of chasing listings or cold leads.

- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate sales experience
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Consultative, client-focused sales approach
- Highly organised, motivated, and performance-driven
- Comfortable managing a high volume of qualified buyer clients
- We are also open to strong sales professionals and Emirates cabin crew looking to transition into real estate.
