Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners
• Act as the primary point of contact between the real estate developer and stakeholders
• Promote and sell developer projects, ensuring deep product knowledge of all offerings
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, CRM, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth transactions
• Manage end-to-end client engagement: lead follow-up, site visits, negotiations, booking, and post-sales support
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate client data and reporting using CRM systems
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client feedback to management
• Ensure compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate
• Mandatory developer-side experience (residential Off Plan)
• Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and investors in Dubai
• Proven track record in relationship management and sales closures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
• Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred
