Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners
- Act as the primary point of contact between the real estate developer and stakeholders
- Promote and sell developer projects, ensuring deep product knowledge of all offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, CRM, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth transactions
- Manage end-to-end client engagement: lead follow-up, site visits, negotiations, booking, and post-sales support
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate client data and reporting using CRM systems
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client feedback to management
- Ensure compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate
- Mandatory developer-side experience (residential Off Plan)
- Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and investors in Dubai
- Proven track record in relationship management and sales closures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
- Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred
