Senior Sales Real Estate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Carrying out the day‑to‑day functions of Sales & Leasing either independently or in conjunction with other Consultants (Renting, Buying and/or Selling properties).
• Estimating the current market price and suggest a reserve or minimum selling price list for sellers and arrange for the listing of concerned properties.
• Working hard to list most of the available properties in that specific area which the consultant is specialist on that.
• Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental or sale requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found.
• Taking prospective buyers to inspect properties. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, when details of transactions need to be negotiated, generally representing one or the other.

• Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets
• Real Estate Experience mandatory (Minimum 2 Year). Must have at least worked in Dubai Real Estate Company and should have with good sales/rental track record (Concentrating selling free hold properties).
• Discipline, organized and trust worthy
• Excellent communication both written and spoken in English.
• Computer Skills, Ms. Windows & MS Office.
• Full UAE Driving license, with own car.
• RERA Certified.
