Community and Handover Manager (Arabic-Speaking) – Real Estate Developer Job Description
The Community and Handover Manager will oversee the seamless property transition from the developer to buyers, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and compliance with company policies. This role also involves managing community relations, addressing homeowner concerns, and ensuring the smooth operation of residential communities.
Key Responsibilities Handover Management- Oversee the entire handover process, ensuring the timely delivery of units to homeowners.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, legal, finance, and operations) to finalize handover procedures.
- Ensure that properties meet quality standards before handover and address any snags or defects.
- Guide buyers through the handover process, ensuring legal and financial documentation is completed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and enhancing community satisfaction.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of common areas in collaboration with facility management teams.
- Develop and implement community engagement programs to foster a positive living environment.
- Ensure compliance with homeowners’ association (HOA) regulations and local real estate laws.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct community meetings to inform residents of updates, regulations, and upcoming initiatives.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to manage customer expectations and enhance brand reputation.
- Ensure all handover procedures comply with local real estate laws and developer policies.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies regarding community operations and handover requirements.
✅ Education &
Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Property or Community Management are an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate, property management, or handover operations.
- Experience working with real estate developers in the UAE or GCC.
- Knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of handover and property management procedures.
- Excellent customer service, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government authorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Background in community management, handover, or customer service within real estate development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience managing residential communities, freehold properties, or mixed-use developments.
- Knowledge of service charge structures, building maintenance, and community governance.
