Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director located in Dubai. The Sales Director will oversee and manage sales operations, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and mentor the sales team to achieve optimal results. Key responsibilities include driving business growth through new client acquisition and partnerships, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to strategic decision-making to meet business objectives.
This role requires proactive leadership and a deep understanding of the real estate sector.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations
- Strong Customer Service aptitude and a commitment to client satisfaction
- Experience in Team Management, with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively
- Demonstrated success in Business Development with a track record of achieving growth and identifying new opportunities
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
