We are looking for ambitious, goal‑oriented Real Estate Agents to join our Dubai sales team. Whether you're an experienced broker or just starting your career, we offer the training, tools, and platform to help you succeed in Dubai’s competitive property market. Your core responsibility will be to assist buyers and investors in purchasing off‑plan and secondary properties, providing expert guidance and ensuring a seamless transaction process.
Key Responsibilities- Source and manage leads from company channels and personal network.
- Conduct in‑person and virtual property presentations, viewings, and negotiations.
- Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and ROI potential.
- Handle full sales cycle: from inquiry to Form A/B, MoU, and final closing.
- Coordinate with developers, conveyancers, and banks to ensure deal closure.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and build long‑term relationships.
- Stay updated on RERA laws, project launches, and DLD regulations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs set by sales directors.
- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in Dubai (off‑plan or secondary).
- RERA‑certified and familiar with Dubai property documentation (Form A, B,
F). - Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- Fluent in English;
Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or French is a plus.
