Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Financial and Real Estate Advisor to join our Dubai team. This is an on-site role for professionals with proven experience in property sales, financial guidance, and client relationship management.
You’ll be working with high-quality leads generated through targeted advertising and CRM automation. That’s why we’re looking for someone who’s confident, skilled, and ready to deliver value from day one — not someone still learning the basics.
Candidates currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Provide tailored financial and real estate advice to clients
- Develop investment strategies and manage client portfolios
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a friendly, high‑performance culture
- Solid experience in real estate, property sales, or financial advisory
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is a strong advantage
- Formal education is appreciated but not mandatory — we value results and experience
- Ability to work independently and handle high‑quality leads with professionalism
