Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Dubai real estate market, utilizing various analytical tools to inform clients’ investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and timely communication, ensuring their needs are met throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Assist clients in property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits, while addressing any questions or concerns they may have to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed property listings and marketing materials, utilizing digital platforms and social media strategies to maximize exposure and attract potential buyers or renters.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, employing effective negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms and conditions that align with their goals.
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, lawyers, and other professionals to streamline the transaction process, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are handled efficiently.
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all transactions and providing clients with accurate information regarding their rights and obligations.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences, representing the company and building connections that can lead to future business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales activities, ensuring all interactions are documented and follow-ups are conducted promptly.
