Position: Immediate Joiner: Property Consultant

We are expanding our sales team and looking for ambitious, driven, and client-focused Property Consultants to join our growing brokerage in Dubai.

If you are target-driven, confident, and passionate about real estate, this is an opportunity to work with a strong brand, premium listings, and structured operational support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and manage buyer & seller leads
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing & investment opportunities
  • Negotiate offers and close deals
  • Build long-term client relationships
Business Development
  • Source new listings (secondary & off-plan)
  • Develop your own client database
  • Follow up on leads provided by the company
  • Network to generate referral business
Market Expertise
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends
  • Advise investors on ROI, capital appreciation & rental yields
  • Understand developer payment plans & off-plan opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate (preferred)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
  • UAE Driving License preferred
  • RERA certification (or willingness to obtain one)
