We are expanding our team and seeking a polished, multilingual Real Estate Advisor who approaches real estate as advisory-driven, not transactional.
This role is suited for commercially sharp professionals who are confident handling international investors and end-users in Dubai’s off‑plan and secondary markets.
Candidate ProfileFull Time Employment
- UAE Residence Visa preferable (own visa candidates will be given priority)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Additional languages strongly preferred:
- Russian | Mandarin | French | Spanish | Hindi
- Prior sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Professional, presentable, and client-facing confidence
- Target-oriented with high personal discipline
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals
- RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Build and manage a structured pipeline of buyers and sellers
- Conduct property consultations and strategic viewings
- Present off‑plan projects and secondary listings with market insight
- Negotiate offers and close transactions professionally
- Maintain disciplined CRM reporting and follow‑up systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance benchmarks
