As Senior Real Estate Administrator, you will oversee transaction coordination, compliance, listing management, and CRM discipline while ensuring that every client entering the office experiences a structured and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities- Front Desk & Client Experience
- • Serve as the first point of contact for walk in clients and scheduled meetings
- • Greet clients professionally and maintain a welcoming office atmosphere
- • Manage incoming calls and inquiries with clarity and confidence
- • Coordinate meeting schedules for management and agents
- • Ensure the office maintains a polished, organized, and premium presentation
- Transaction & Transfer Coordination
- • Prepare and manage RERA Forms A, B, F, I, and U
- • Draft and coordinate MOUs and supporting documentation
- • Manage NOC applications, trustee appointments, and DLD transfer scheduling
- • Maintain complete, audit ready transaction files
- • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, banks, trustees, and developers
- Rental Administration
- • Prepare tenancy contracts and renewals
- • Track rental documentation and compliance
- Listings & Compliance Management
- • Oversee listing creation and updates on Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
- • Monitor listing accuracy and quality
- CRM & Reporting
- • Maintain strict CRM hygiene and deal tracking
- • Experience with Goyzer is a strong advantage
- • Prepare weekly transaction and operations reports
- Minimum 4 years experience in Dubai real estate brokerage administration
- Proven experience coordinating DLD transfers independently
- Experience in client facing or front desk roles within real estate preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Professional appearance and confident communication style
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to represent a premium brokerage brand
- Strong understanding of DLD, RERA, Trakheesi, and Dubai REST
- Clear knowledge of transaction workflows and compliance
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Comfortable handling clients and operational tasks at the same time
