As a Senior Real Estate Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and portfolio management. - Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in real estate consultancy or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of local and regional real estate markets and regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and consulting targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in real estate software systems and Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
