Responsibilities
- To generate and close property sales and leasing transactions across residential, commercial, off-plan, and secondary markets.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.
- To provide professional real estate advisory services while meeting company sales targets and compliance requirements.
- Identify, prospect, and generate leads for property sales and leasing through calls, networking, and referrals.
- Advise clients on residential, commercial, off-plan, and secondary market properties based on their requirements and budget.
- Conduct property viewings, site visits, and developer presentations.
- Negotiate sales and leasing terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with developers, banks, trustees, and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction closure.
- Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, RERA regulations, and company policies.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
In addition to the essential duties, this position may be required to:
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and property launches.
- Support team marketing initiatives, open houses, and promotional events.
- Assist in updating property listings, marketing materials, and market reports.
- Provide after-sales support and client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused attitude with professional presentation.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate market (off-plan & secondary).
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office, Whats App Business).
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Education:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred. - Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in UAE real estate sales (residential, commercial, off-plan, or secondary market preferred). - License: RERA certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Grooming:
Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance as per company standards.
