📌 Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a valid RERA Broker Card and have strong knowledge of the Dubai property market. The agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while ensuring full compliance with Dubai real estate regulations.
🧾 Key Responsibilities- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels
- List and advertise properties on portals and social media
- Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Prepare and process required real estate documentation
- Ensure compliance with RERA & DLD regulations
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new projects

🎯 Requirements- Valid RERA Broker Card (mandatory or willingness to obtain)
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Dubai developers, communities, and projects

- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- UAE driving license preferred
- Sales-driven mindset
- Networking and relationship building
- Knowledge of property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
