AVYX Realty LLC is looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. If you are passionate about property sales, client dealing, and closing high-value deals, this is a great opportunity to build your career with a dynamic brokerage.

• Handle buyer and seller inquiries professionally
• Generate leads through calls, networking, and marketing platforms
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Understand client requirements and match suitable properties
• Negotiate prices and close sales/leasing deals
• Maintain client database and follow-ups
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal team
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends
• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Minimum 1 year experience in UAE real estate preferred (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
• Presentable and client-focused personality
• Basic knowledge of Dubai property market
• Ability to work on targets and commissions
• Driving license is a plus
