We are a Dubai-based real estate company with an office in Downtown Dubai
, hiring a Senior Admin / HR professional with proven, hands-on Dubai real estate experience
.
This is a full-time, office-based role
.
This is not a general admin or entry-level HR position.
If your experience is limited to non-real-estate administration, this role is not for you
.
We are looking for someone who understands Dubai real estate operations from A to Z and can work independently
, without constant supervision.
- Direct experience working in a Dubai real estate brokerage or developer-related company
- Strong practical understanding of real estate documentation, transaction flow, and compliance (practice, not theory)
- Preparing, reviewing, and managing all real estate documents, including Contract A (Form
A), Contract B (Form
B), A2A, MOUs, NOCs, listing documents, buyer & seller packs
, and developer booking/registration forms - Clear understanding of when each document is required
, who signs what
, and legal vs illegal practices - Identifying and preventing common agent and transaction mistakes
- Registering the company and agents with developers
- Managing developer portals
, booking procedures, commission rules, and documentation - Coordinating with developers on availability, pricing, payment plans, and booking confirmations
- Managing seller-side documentation, including NOCs and listing paperwork
- Confident use of Property Finder, Bayut
, and similar platforms - Reading and interpreting market data
- Conducting research on pricing, trends, areas, and competing projects
- Understanding off-plan vs ready
, freehold vs leasehold
, primary vs secondary market
- Strong awareness of RERA-related requirements
, compliance standards, documentation flow, and deal risk points - Office administration and internal documentation control
- Supporting HR processes: onboarding, staff documentation, coordination, and recordkeeping
- Assisting management with operational structure and control
- Fresh graduates
- General HR/admin professionals without Dubai real estate experience
- Candidates whose “real estate experience” is limited to sales calls
- Anyone who needs step-by-step guidance for basic real estate processes

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
