Soprano Properties is a growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai, specializing in off-plan properties. While we are a new company, we operate with the infrastructure, budget, and developer relationships of an established player. We are building a team of serious, high-performing brokers and we are looking for the right people to grow with us from the ground floor.

The Role

As an Off-Plan Property Broker at Soprano Properties, you will be responsible for advising clients on off-plan investment opportunities across Dubai, managing relationships from lead to close, and building a strong personal book of business. You will have access to exclusive project launches, developer incentives, and a support structure designed to help you close more deals and earn more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into clients through calls, networking, and referrals
  • Present and sell off-plan properties aligned with client investment goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Stay current on market trends, developer launches, and project pipelines
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Represent Soprano Properties professionally at all times
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off-plan sales

  • RERA certification (or actively in progress)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong advantage
