Roles & responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions
- Conduct market research to stay informed on property trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction
- Proven experience in real estate (UAE market experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and RERA guidelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional attitude with a client-focused mindset
