🎓 Next Training Academy Starts – 2nd March 2026 and 6th April 2026.

All new joiners receive 2 weeks of professional training to help you build strong market knowledge and start confidently.

🚀We don’t keep new joiners in Leasing for long. Once you complete 20 rental deals
, you’ll transition into the Sales department
. During this time, you’ll gain market experience, build landlord relationships, and develop a strong foundation that supports long‑term success in sales.

• Generate and manage property listings
• Handle tenant inquiries and conduct property viewings
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiate rental terms and close leasing deals
• Prepare and process tenancy contracts and related documentation
• Stay updated on Dubai rental market trends and pricing

• Sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate background preferred
• Ready to relocate to Dubai within next 1-4 months
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, organized, and target‑driven
• Valid UAE driving license and car required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment

• Professional level of English

This is a commission‑based role with no basic salary

We recommend new joiners have at least 3 months of savings when starting their real estate career.
