Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales in both off-plan and secondary markets. The role requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property options.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and market regulations.
  • Coordinate with developers, banks, and internal teams for smooth transactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Skills Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
  • Experience in Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
  • Multilingual candidates preferred (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Russian a plus).
