As part of the globally renowned Sotheby’s International Realty network, we specialize in prime, super-prime, and ultra-luxury properties, offering bespoke advisory services to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and international investors.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Luxury Real Estate Broker with a proven track record in Dubai’s high-end property market. The ideal candidate will have deep market expertise, an established client network, and the ability to deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with our global brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, list, and sell luxury residential properties across prime Dubai communities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, investors, developers, and private clients.
  • Provide strategic advisory on property acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio investments.
  • Conduct high-level property presentations and private viewings.
  • Develop tailored marketing strategies for exclusive listings.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, pricing insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, PR, and operations teams to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Maintain compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and brokerage standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in Dubai luxury real estate brokerage.
  • Proven sales record in prime or super-prime properties.
  • Strong existing database of qualified buyers and sellers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • RERA certification (mandatory).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, etc.) are a strong advantage.
  • Highly professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred Profile

  • Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong personal brand and digital presence.
  • International exposure or cross-border transaction experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
