Client Happiness Executive; CHE - Real Estate

The group has built a strong presence across multiple sectors including real estate, lifestyle, retail, F&B, logistics, automotive, and investments, and is known for developing high-quality, contemporary projects and brands.
Their real estate division focuses on premium residential and mixed‑use developments, with a value‑creation approach and experience delivering diverse lifestyle projects in the UAE market.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Client Happiness Executive (CHE) to manage the day‑to‑day operations of a designer, high‑end residential or mixed‑use building in Dubai.
This is a hands‑on role suited to a property professional who can deliver exceptional tenant experience while maintaining premium operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full operations of designer or premium buildings, including facilities, leasing support, and tenant relations
- Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, security, and service providers to maintain luxury standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure common areas and units remain in excellent condition
- Handle tenant issues, complaints, renewals, and move‑ins/move‑outs professionally
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to secure optimal pricing and service quality
- Monitor rental collections, service charges, and operational expenses in coordination with finance
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support legal processes when required
- Prepare operational reports, performance updates, and budgets
- Coordinate with leasing, finance, legal and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and service providers
- Use own vehicle to attend properties, inspections, and meetings as required
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in property or building management (luxury or designer projects preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Proven experience managing high‑end residential or mixed‑use properties
- Strong operational and hands‑on building management background
- Excellent negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills
- Solid understanding of maintenance workflows and vendor management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and property management systems
- Background in facilities management or real estate operations
Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month (depending on experience)
