Property Consultant

We are currently looking for Property Consultants who will:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to determine property values and trends.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Prepare and review real estate documents such as purchase agreements, contracts, leases, and closing statements.
• List properties for sale and promote them through marketing strategies, open houses, and online platforms.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Coordinate property showings, inspections, and appraisals.
• Maintain an updated database of available properties and client records.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals.
• Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and market developments.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Property Consultant
• Cold/warm call calling experience
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• A desire to achieve
