We are seeking a dedicated full-time Property Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Property Specialist, you will manage property transactions in both commercial and residential real estate, assist clients in identifying and selecting properties that suit their needs, and offer expert market advice. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property viewings, preparing necessary documents, and negotiating sales agreements.

This is an on-site role requiring regular interaction with clients and team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional real estate experience.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and provide a high level of support.
• Solid knowledge and minimum 2 years experience in both Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate markets.
• Proven Sales skills with a focus on negotiation, closing deals, and meeting targets effectively.
• Ability to collaborate within a team and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic real estate environment.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills are essential for client interactions.
• Proficiency in applicable real estate software and tools is an advantage.
