Role Description
We are hiring a Senior Property Consultants with a strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan or secondary property market. This role is ideal for professionals who value a consultative, advisory-led approach over volume-driven sales.
You will work closely with investors and end-users, guiding them through project selection, developer launches, and long-term investment strategies, with a focus on clarity, structure, and trust.
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on off-plan and secondary residential projects across Dubai.
- Manage client relationships from first interaction to unit selection, negotiation and post-sale follow-up.
- Present developer launches, payment plans, and investment rationales clearly and accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams on documentation, EOIs, and transaction progression
- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and brokerage standards
- Build and manage a personal pipeline through referrals and qualified inbound leads
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate, preferably off-plan
- Strong understanding of developer projects, pricing structures, and payment plans
- Professional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and process-oriented mindset.
- Valid UAE real estate experience preferred (Broker Card is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Visa and medical insurance

- 50% Commissions - No Salary
