Position: Property Consultant – Secondary Market (Area Specialist)

Aurantius Real Estate is a distinguished Arab real estate brokerage firm, part of a reputable group of companies. As we continue to grow, we are seeking ambitious and results-driven Property Consultants – Secondary Market (Area Specialists) to join our expanding team.

Whether you are experienced in real estate or a fresher eager to learn
, we provide intensive training, mentorship, and in-depth market knowledge to ensure you succeed in one of Dubai’s most competitive sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Specialise in the resale market
  • Source and secure property listings, maintaining an updated portfolio.
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings with confidence and professionalism.
  • Negotiate and close transactions while delivering excellent client service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
    .
  • Collaborate with your Team Leader and colleagues to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company standards.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written); other languages are an advantage.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Dubai’s secondary market (preferred) – but motivated freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
  • Strong track record in closing resale transactions (for experienced candidates).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    .
  • RERA certification (preferred).
  • A positive, target-driven mindset with the hunger to succeed
    .
