Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate market
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid knowledge of Primary Market (Off-Plan & Ready) and Secondary Market
- Manage and follow up with the sales team handling:
- Primary Market (Off-Plan & Ready)
- Secondary Market
- Create a clear and strong sales strategy
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance
- Train the team on sales skills and real estate market knowledge
- Follow up on new projects and attend briefings with developers
- Conduct regular follow-ups, performance analysis, and evaluations
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications (to be discussed during the interview).
