Overview

Our client, a highly respected name in the luxury residential property sector, is seeking an accomplished Client Account Manager to join their growing team in Dubai
. This is a standout opportunity for a driven property professional who thrives on building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional buying experiences.

Acting as a dedicated internal buying agent, you’ll take ownership of an existing client database, identifying unserviced buyers and guiding them through every stage of the property acquisition journey. This is a pivotal, client-facing role where organisation, market knowledge and commercial flair will be key to success.

What you’ll be doing
  • Proactively managing and nurturing a pool of qualified buyer leads
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with high-value clients
  • Matching clients with suitable on- and off-market opportunities
  • Conducting tailored property searches based on individual requirements
  • Advising clients on market trends, pricing and location insights
  • Negotiating offers and supporting clients through bidding and purchase stages
  • Coordinating transactions from offer through to completion
  • Maintaining meticulous client records and delivering a seamless client journey
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in residential property sales (prime or luxury preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident, polished communication style (written and verbal)
  • A client-first mindset with a natural ability to build rapport
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion and integrity
  • Solid understanding of the property buying process
  • Comfortable working independently within a collaborative, high-performing team
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing client databases
