Role OverviewAs a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing and closing property transactions, and representing the company with professionalism and market expertise. This role is ideal for brokers who are confident in their ability to perform in a results-driven, commission-only environment with unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities- Source, secure, and manage property listings for sale and leasing
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings
- Close deals and consistently meet agreed sales targets
Build and maintain a strong client database through networking and referrals - Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, admin, operations) to ensure smooth transactions
- Stay informed on Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and RERA requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent in the UAE market
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven
- RERA certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Must be residing in Dubai, UAE
