The market is characterized by dynamic year-on-year property value growth and growing interest from global investors seeking early-stage opportunities.
SkillsWho We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced real estate sales professional or real estate agency with:
- Proven experience selling real estate on the Dubai market
- An existing base of active investors or property buyers
- Documented sales history (investment, off-plan or premium segment)
- Clients familiar with investing in international real estate markets
- Ability to operate on a commission-driven partnership model
👉 Cooperation with independent brokers and licensed agencies is welcome.
Responsibilities- Introduce and sell ANGA Zanzibar apartments to your investor network
- Position the project as an emerging-market growth opportunity
- Educate clients on market dynamics, capital appreciation and investment potential
- Cooperate directly with the developer during the sales process
- Build a stable sales channel for the Dubai market
- Competitive commission structure (agreed individually)
- Optional base + commission for selected partners
- Full sales materials, legal documentation and developer support
- Long-term cooperation based on performance
- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
- Documented transaction history
- Established client or investor network
- Professional, self-driven approach
- Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
