We are currently expanding our Sales Team and looking for motivated professionals ready to grow with us.

• Generate property sales through cold calling, networking, and database management
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and investment opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners and buyers
• Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market trends

• Previous real estate or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Professional attitude and presentation
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Multilingual candidates are an advantage

We are looking for a motivated and professional candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate, Sales, or a related field (1+ years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – must be clear, confident, and professional
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused
• Ability to work well within a team environment

Candidates with prior experience in the Dubai real estate market will have an added advantage.
