Home Sweet Home Real Estate L.L.C is a fast-growing brokerage firm in Dubai specializing in Offplan and Secondary market properties. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for ambitious and driven Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our team.

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property transactions. You will represent the company professionally while guiding buyers and investors through the full sales process.

• Generate new leads through calls, networking, and marketing campaigns
• Handle and qualify inbound leads
• Conduct property viewings and project presentations
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients
• Update CRM with accurate client and transaction data
• Stay informed about new project launches and market trends

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience preferred (Offplan or Secondary)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work in a competitive and fast-paced environment
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
