Role Description

This is a full-time role and as a Secondary Real Estate Consultant (Note that it is commission only), you will

  • Specialise in a defined geographic area
  • Prospect daily for new listings and clients
  • Manage sales and rental transactions from listing to transfer
  • Conduct property valuations and client consultations
  • Arrange and conduct viewings
  • Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of listings
  • Stay up to date with market data and pricing trends
  • Deliver consistent follow-up and client communication
  • Represent MARE Properties with professionalism at all times

This role requires daily discipline, proactive outreach, and long-term relationship building.

Qualifications and Expectations
  • Previous experience in Dubai real estate preferred but not essential (secondary market preferred)
  • Proven sales or client-facing experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Naturally confident in conversation
  • Able to build relationships at a high level
  • Motivated to execute daily non-negotiables
  • Consistent in effort and follow-up
  • Ambitious and performance-driven
