Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, have excellent communication skills, and be committed to providing outstanding client service. This role requires a results-driven individual who can generate leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and property values.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements between buyers and sellers.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate (if applicable).
