The Senior Real Estate Specialist is responsible for initiating real estate processes and ensuring the efficient implementation of the expansion strategy.

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and validate new real estate opportunities and prepare detailed presentations for assessment of relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with landlords and agents.
  • Manage the Shop Validation Report (SVR) process for local operations by collecting necessary commercial details, gathering feedback for sales projections, sharing and validating the report with relevant parties, and ensuring its approval.
  • Establish a competitor analysis market map by brand on a regular basis to identify where competitors are trading and to determine potential gaps in the expansion strategy.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate lease tenancy schedule, detailing all stores, offices, warehouses, and lease/legal commitments included in each lease.
  • Assist in scouting prime and anchor locations by driving streets, meeting landlords, agents, and brokers, and maintaining an accurate market map.
  • Specific for Group:
    Develop, implement, and upgrade the real estate system to support and maintain unified business standards, enhancing the quality and operational efficiency of service.
  • Specific for Group:
    Review and validate all output, particularly leases, ensuring alignment with commercial agreements, budgetary requirements, and any previously agreed special conditions with major tenants.
  • Specific for Group:
    Provide regional administrative support to the real estate management for the successful validation and management of commercial and legal leasing terms, ensuring business viability and achievement of overall objectives.
  • Specific for Group:
    Develop performance metrics and reporting tools to ensure timely achievement of business objectives, fostering improvement, effectiveness, and maintaining appropriate levels of control.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Four to six years of experience in Administration, or a similar role.
